Roberto was quite helpful and his service was wonderful. However, after departure from Heartland, I had to return to the service department due to the misalignment of my glove box when the cabin air filter was changed. As a result of this misalignment, I was unable to open the glove box. This is the second time this has happened of the four oil changes my vehicle has had at Heartland. Next time, I will check the box to ensure I can open and close it so I am not inconvenienced. I believe the technicians may have been overbooked and rushed because the oil change took much longer than it was scheduled to take.
