I had a lot of trouble reaching my representative via phone, but after being in the office I know why. He seemed a little over-worked to me. But what really left me feeling not ok with my service is the fact that the mechanics noticed that my brake line was severely frayed, but I wasn’t informed of this until after I was picking it up! They literally sent me home in a car that was probably unsafe to drive. And now I have to be inconvenienced AGAIN on Friday and bring it back in, because no one bothered to call me and ask if I wanted that fixed too.
