My front left fog lamp is out and I wasn’t informed and only found out when my wife noticed it yet the check sheet is marked as good. Also there were no reps in the service area when I arrived at 6:30 to retrieve my vehicle. A gentleman helping another customer was gracious enough to assist and get me on my way.

Apparently the dash head computer is not serviceable? We keep asking for this to be inspected with our service and you keep ignoring it. Having one of your sales reps merely witness/acknowledge the problems with the voice recognition is not adequate.

I was dismayed, however, to learn that Toyota wants me to pay $250 for an update to my RAV-4's navigation system database! TESLA sends out wireless updates overnight that add functionality to the car, for FREE! Maybe Toyota should ask them how they do that?
