Chris was extremely polite and helpful, just doing his job as a service writer. When I say I am completely satisfied, I only mean I am completely satisfied with Chris's service, and NOT Longo Toyota. The fact that you guys threw the warranty out the window when a grind in 4th gear developed in my Scion TC shows that y'all will NEVER stand behind your product, only in it for the money, as every dealership usually is.
Chris is a fantastic service writer. Longo Toyota is a terrible dealership.

I am from out of state but visiting my daughter. I brought my Sienna in for an oil change. Doug came to me and said they could do the recall fix on the airbag. I gladly accepted because I have yet to hear anything from my Ohio dealer. They then shuttled me back to my daughter’s. He called after the oil change and then promptly after the fix.

A very minor thing, but it would have been nice to have my car vacuumed before i left. Not a major complaint, but other Toyota dealerships do this.

The service was very good. The only and one thing I didn't like is that I was there a first time as I was told that you got all parts that I ordered for the service. I left work and when I got there, one part was missing. I had to go there a second time to finally get my fog lights installed.
