I brought my car there for oil change. Few days ago noticed a tiny drop of oil on the floor, asked him to check and see where that oil was coming from. He said he cannot do it today , bring the car back after a week,. Although he could have done it today

Well I did not schedule my truck, someone from Toyota did. When I got there I found out the oil change was going to take an hour and a half and there was some recall notice on it, so my simple half hour oil change turned into needing to leave it for 3 and a half hours. When I asked for a ride the shuttle was supposedly not available so I had to call my wife, have her stop what she was doing and come get me. Finally it was done and ready. Went to pick it up and I had a refuel light on the truck. Come to find out it was something to do with the recall item and I had to stand there out in the cold and wait for them to fix it. Paying attention to details is important I guess they don’t do that. I was also under the impression that when I had service work done my truck was supposed to be washed and vacuumed out, none of that was done.

You guys deceive customers totally. You prom & say something but actually do different stuff. Service DEPT never answers the telephone & we have to call main no switchboard to get thru. I have tried it 13 times or more. Only reason I come is bcz you are close but when Toyo of Plano on Hwy 121 opens soon then you will loose my business. I have discussed this w/Serv Director via phone & in person but it’s all hogwash bcz no one care about proffessionalism here at LONGO. You guys are all the same only money ???? is your forte but not good cust service for lasting cust retention. I am a retired senior citizen who never expected this to happen.
