Outstanding Customer Service that is why this is my second time as a return customer. Longo stands out compared to other Toyota locations. I use to always go to Pat Lobb because of their excellent service however, it is not the same. Hope your dealership keeps this high standard.

I was unable to get updates about my car at all. I dropped my car off Tuesday. On Wednesday they called and said my car would be ready by noon Thursday. Nobody contacted me or answered calls at all Thursday. On Friday I called repeatedly and was on hold for very long periods of time. I finally called the wrong number accidentally in California and then suddenly I had two returned calls in a matter of 10 mins. When I brought my vehicle in my battery was working perfectly and had passed inspection just fine- the same inspection that caught the issue that Longo fixed. When I picked my car up the battery was dead. When I spoke to them about picking my car up Friday he mentioned my battery was dead when it had tested fine on Tuesday morning. So now I will be replacing my battery but not at Longo.
