The technician and service agent were great to work with. But, I had to point out that they used an incorrect bolt and request it be repaired appropriately. The bolt in question was not in stock so I will have to return later this week. I shouldn’t have had to point this out. It should have been brought to my attention by them. Once I requested the fix, they were responsive.
