Made an appointment for 11:00am. Arrived at 10:50am to get checked in. Vehicle was not taken back to begin service until 12:15. Service advisor made a BS excuse that we were there early and you guys were busy. Why make an appointment if the car won’t be taken back for service for an hour and 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Service has really gone down at your dealership lately.
