I had a service appointment scheduled and asked Francisco to check my tires cause my tire indicator came on and was concern. He said that we will inspect my tires and have them rotated. The next day I still had the tire indicator coming on and I notice it was a nail in my back tire. Makes me wonder if they even rotated the tires at all. If so, they would have noticed the nail in the tire. So now I’m having yo schedule another appointment again. Thanks!
