Dan was great. I think my truck was mis-diagnosed for the a/c drain. When I tried to explain why, Dan said the guy working on my truck was out for lunch. I will be taking my truck somewhere else to get a second opinion before committing 9.5 hours of work worth $1,326.

Your employees are fantastic. The issue is that there are not enough of them. I should not have had to wait over a month to be able to get warranty work done on my vehicle. Also, I had to rent a vehicle to be able to get around town while my car was in the shop for warranty repairs.. this doesn’t seem right to me to have to pay money to rent a car while my vehicle was in the shop for 2 days under warranty.

Little details make a difference. My service consisted of a simple straightforward battery replacement, I pop up the hood once I got home and found the + rubber red protector off. Something very minimal just to put it on back correct? It made the job to look it was made in a hurry. So if the rubber is off my question was: did they torqued the bolts tight? I checked the bolts to see if they were secured properly and fortunately they were, otherwise I would have go back to your place for sure to make the technician torque the bolts correctly. On the other hand Bill was a cool cat. Thanks.
