First time getting my oil change done there. Exceptional service from start to finish. I had no stress or worries. They updated me and made me feel like they care and valued me as a customer. I was extremely impressed!

When I was quoted the price of the oil change I felt misled. The person was polite, & explained the services to an extent. I said that all I could do at this time was the oil change. I was then quoted a price of $44.95 plus tax. Next thing thing I know, I am being told that the total was $54.99. When I question this the service person tells me that there are oil disposal fees & oil filter disposal fees. I felt like I was lied to, & the service person was trying to hide fees. I would not have made as big of an issue if the service person would have said "$44.99 + taxes & fees" or if she would have said "54.99 is the total".
