I came in without an appointment and a problem with my hybrid car. Cassandra arranged shuttle service for me and for the car to be looked at early in the day. I appreciate her handling what was a crisis to me so efficiently.

The service of the car was fine, but when it came to getting picked up from the shuttle service that was a mess. I have the girl in the morning all my info ...phone , address of where I would need to be picked up from and then never heard from them. Finally called at 4:15 to ask if I needed to do something to get ahold of person picking me up. They said they would contact dispatch for me. The thing is is they never gave dispatch my correct info they still had it as my husbands and dispatch was trying to pick up my husband. He was the one that gave the poor dispatch lady my info so she could come get me. Something needs to be done with the system of updating the customers info for the dispatch so they know where they are going.

They never called me the issue they found. I had to call 5 hours later to found out my car was finished. When I arrived. I found out that they did call but they called some number that wasn't even associated with my profile you have. I even verified my phone # with him before I left so there was no excuse for this whole mess. I was not happy with his excuse of why it happened. I will think twice before I use the Kia Service Department again.

Kassy was awesome. She was friendly and very helpful. I wish the communication when she wasn't there was a bit better. I called three times asking for them to call me and not my husband when my car was ready and they just kept contacting him. Also we received a text that my car would be ready on 8/12 but no one called to tell me it wouldn't be ready. I understand stuff happens but I spent that day not going to the beach because I needed to get my car when it was ready. I am appreciative that you did have a car for me to use and that someone replaced the battery that just went out on my fop. I did ask the gal on the phone Saturday since my car would not be ready as I would told it would be that I would appreciate if as a courtesy, Kia reinstalled the plastic piece that fell off my door randomly. But it wasn't done. I didn't get the impression she was listening to me and I'm guessing she didn't pass the message along. This sounds mostly negative as I was a bit frustrated but kassy was great to work with, you did fix my car after making the dent and I did have a vehical to drive so I'm mostly satisfied.

I was not asked if there was any issues with my car until after the service was completed. Might be a good idea to ask before so the mechanics could take a look, not after. The total was also slightly more than was quoted. Just a few bucks.

No issue with James Marquez, he was able to take care of me. When I first arrived and checked in (with someone other than James) I told him I was there to have my fob replaced, and he said "battery?" and I said no, the entire fob. After waiting for an hour and a half, James came out and called my name to let me know my vehicle was ready. He said "replaced the battery in the fob, correct?" to which I stated, again, no it is supposed to be the whole fob. He said that is not what he was told and he would take care of it. Another 30 minutes and I was finally on my way.

Today was off. I've been working with **** Hannah Kia for over 3 years, I've never had a problem until today. I waited for over an hour, no one came out to the waiting room to let me know what services were being done and I had to go tell him my car was done. He apologized and said they were backed up. Then after I was already home with my car, I got a text saying that my car was done.
