Except my battery ended up going to crap later that evening. I don't understand why it was not seen during the inspection. Should of been noticed by the technician.

Less than 6000 miles on car. Usually first service is free. Charged $137.53 for services that were not done or not necessary on a new vehicle. I am sure they did not rotate the tires or do any of the more than 20 other services listed. I have purchased cars from **** Hannah Honda and **** Hannah Volkswagen and never paid fees like this on a brand new car. Thank you

If I buy a car I feel like a diagnostic for a 5 year old Kia that seized a motor with just over a hundred thousand miles for seemingly no reason purchased from another **** Hannah dealership should be waved. But hey %10 off of an absolutely ridiculously priced $160 diagnostic (which is well above national average) should soften the blow right? None of this directly falls on josh as a person he was very polite and helpful where he could be. Thanks for the terrible experience especially with your inept salesman who couldn't seem to comprehend what we were saying when we were asking for numbers not "guesstiments" so much so that I had to buy a certified Kia across the street at Subaru from a seemingly more capable salesman named Antonio. I still regret not being able to wait for something comparable to be available over at Weston but sometimes you have to make sacrifices.
