I live in Southern California and was about 2,000 miles from heading up to Port Orchard Washington and back to Valencia California. When my wrench light came on. Mint to no avail. I sent a text about my situation. I was coming from Welches, Oregon the next morning. Your employee, Alex,replied to my text later that night.
He asked me to text him when I was leaving well chest and he would be expecting me approximately an hour after that point. He got me in and out in record time. I thought Ali was wonderful as well. If I lived in Washington I would definitely be buying my Hondas from you. Congratulations and kudos to your service support team.

The process of using Lyft for customer pickup has some issues. When told my car was ready I requested to be picked up to be taken to the dealership. I gave my work address as the pickup point but Lyft was dispatched to my home address. I tried to call in to service but i was at woedrk and could not remain on hold. Next thing i receive a text stating Lyft is sending a car to 1605 NE 112th Av. When our business address is 1605 NE 112th St. Tried to call again but went to hold queue and I tried the call back option. Ne er received a call back. The vehicle service aspect was fine, not so much the customer service aspect.
