Chuck was awesome! I dropped my car off for front brakes with plans to see a movie. Chuck informed me he would text if the technicians found additional concerns that needed to be addressed. Cool! No problem. Chuck did text me asking me to call and he provided me with a number. The number however was not correct. I had to leave the movie, missing the ending to walk back to the garage. Chuck verified the number given but it ring to **** Hannah but rather some so woman’s voice mail. Chuck shrugged stating this was the number that was provided to him. Frustrating!
