Was asked to have electrical issue looked at and problem with 12 volt outlet still doesn't work nor any feedback on it or notes on discharge paperwork???? Also asked for a ride to work place and waited by the shuttle 30mins then called co-worker to get a ride to work. The shuttle was parked and department was empty (no customers) Very poor service!
