Stacey was very friendly and very helpful and took the time to explain the importance of all the service and maintenance my Forte required. I was also pleased to receive a text letting me know my car was completed early.

There was only one car ahead of me and i was told it would be 2 1/2 hours, two hours later my car was still park in the same spot. I waited about 3 hours. Also the car wash was real bad my car was still wet when they brought it to me. The rep. Told it was like that so that i don't have to wait more.
