I was so disappointed with your service today. I called to get a Kia uber to pick me up and was transferred over and over. I called 4 times and the phone I was transferred to was not answeredered. I finally got thru after the 5th call yo be told that they could not reserve the ride for 4:30 that i would have to call back and schedule a ride. Your customer service is bad. I have always gone to service my car to Kia and gave never experienced such bad service. I hope you will remedy this so no other client will go thru what I did. Customer service it truly bad.
