The service Technician was great. But i find out that my car has a recall on the Turbo and you don’t have the part. Now i got to make another appointment when the part comes in to fix it. I also wanted a shake to be looked at and they told me it was going to take about 4 hours to look at. That’s crazy and didn’t expect that to take so long. Thats not good to have customers wait so long. Kia didn’t send me a letter about the recall again not good business. But the Technician was great.
