This is the fourth time my catalytic converter has gone out. I appreciate that they gave me a rental free of charge but the service is not satisfactory. I just got my car back and literally I’m about to call because On the paperwork it says that I declined services for several different things which I was never even notified of. Also they always say they performed a car wash but never once have I received a car wash.
