I had an 11am appointment, I got there early(10am) and was taken care of by the nicest girl! She said she could get me in. I went back up to the counter at 12 to find out if my car was done, (mind you it was already done and keys were on the counter for about a hr) she said she wasn’t my service writer, but helped me anyway. Not sure who Bryan was, but the girl who took care of me was wonderful!

I was pleased with what the Mecanic did. I am very displeased with booking an appointment for 8 AM and the service didn’t begin until 915. What is the sense in booking an 8 AM appointment and not being done until 10:15 AM for a simple oil change and tire rotation
