My car was not serviced because Erik told me it would be “a really long time” before they could get my car in even though I had an appointment at 9:15 and was there by 9:00. When I asked how long , he told me a really long time. I asked why there was such a long wait when I had an appointment and he told me it’s just like when you go to the doctor, you don’t always get in on time. I told him to get my car and to cancel my appointment. Every time I deal with him there are issues. I refuse to have him as the service advisor for my car ever again.

I really didn't get an update until around 11am. My car was there for service with an 8:15am appointment. I had to call around 3. I talked to Erik. He told me my diagnostic had not been done yet. He said he would call me once it was done. Less than five minutes later he called me by phone and told me the diagnostic was done and the warranty would not cover what was wrong with my car. He said it was missing too much of the stuff needed for the conditioner to work the Freon or whatever that is. I asked how could that have happened he said something about the seals and fluid did leak out. And I asked him is the air conditioner connected to the heater some type of way. I explained I never had a problem with my air conditioner until after I had my heater fixed last year by Sutton Ford. He said no sometimes things like this just happened. I explained to him once he gave me a price of over $600 for everything to be done I could not afford to have my air conditioner service at that time. And I needed my car ready because I need to pick my daughter up from work. He told me okay well he'll make sure he gets the car ready and have them put everything back together and not do the air conditioner. But I still have to pay for the diagnostic. I explain okay I'm coming to get my car. So when I went to get the car he mentioned something about all this. I said okay I'll have to get them air conditioner put in the fluid rather later. Because I only had enough on me to pay for the other services I had done that day and that was over $ 300. I think it was over $325 but they took money off because I was a Ford owner service owner policy something. I just wish Erik could have explained that information to me earlier with a call and I could have come there prepared to get everything done. They close at 4:30. I'm not saying he's a bad representative but I am saying he does not give people the information they need to work with in a timely fashion. Oh yes, I got a text atv4:32pm that my car was ready to go home. I had already got my car around 4:30 pm????
