No one ever called to tell me it would take an extra day to service my vehicle. I called and when I questioned whether or not my vehicle had been cleaned and detailed, as promised by sales and service the gentleman gave me lots of attitude (as if I were bothering him). When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was filthy. I was told that my vehicle had gone through inspection and I am the one that had to point out the service issue with my tail light.
