I was completely satisfied with the rep, but no one had any knowledge about me being called or told to come into the shop today at 7am. They were not aware of the test my car was to have today. They thought I had came in on the 13 as a return visit to have my car checked. I had to explain several times that that was the first time the fluid was put in my air conditioner after evac of fluid. Some type of way misinformation was typed into the system. I feel your staff does not communicate with each other. No one is aware of what is being told to customers by staff members.
