A leak was found during the oil change that would have been seen while other repairs were done. No mention was made at the time of previous repair of an issue needing repair. I typically don't use the dealer for maintenance but decided to start to catch issues as they arise. Ummm not the case!!

I came in a short time ago for a tie rod repair. Turns out there is an inner and outer rod. I came in today for an oil change and learn the inner rod is loose. I was NEVER told the inner rod also needed repair which could have been repaired at the time the outer was repaired. Im thinking Im safe from my tire coming off and I'm not. Next I find out that oil is spraying out of my car !! Im supposed to believe that the mechanic did not see the oil on the ground I'm so frazzled by my safety being jeopardized. I'm not sure hiw I should feel about the service I have received!!! I was told the techs only repair what's approved but responsibility is there to communicate problems while performing approved work.
