Melissa is stellar! She kept me informed every step of the way in the process of having my EV battery replaced. Melissa was an advocate and an ally! She worked with the mechanics and the Tech Team. She ran interference for me with Ford Motor Corporate Office. All the while she was gracious and supportive of my plight.

I drop my car off at 8am . Was told by Jessica it would only be a hour . I call back 3 hours later see said it’s not ready for pick up . I then call back a few times to check still not ready she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a manager she told me the manager was not in on weekends. Jessica attitude towards me was rude and unprofessional.

Overall my mkx is a very dependable auto. But again the brake assembly it's rust issue and maintenance issues have have proved costly. At 65k and 10yrs I wonder what I could do to extend brake life like cleaning lubing sealing components against rust corrosion etc to extend life or even using different steel or metals. Under gentle usage brake components are failing and require replacement rather than service
