I was very unhappy because when I was told what the problem was with my truck wasn’t the right part that was the problem and when I told Stephanie she said to me it was the lower controller arm and not the lower steering shaft and this cause a big uproar with the cps extended warranty and when I got the message my truck was on schedule and she said she had talked to the warranty company when in fact she hadn’t and I found that out thru the warranty company the I talk to randy and that was a big joke but she still didn’t say she quoted me the wrong part I was very VERY, upset and all the calls back and forth and when I son bought the truck in on Tuesday I wish he had went to Eric or some one that has been with the service area with experience. Because Stephanie is a liar and don’t own up to her mistakes and kept telling me she didn’t say lower control arm. Stephanie kept saying I miss understood what she said or heard her wrong we have been dealing with Sutton ford for a long time every since 2011 and no problems and Stephanie has upset all of this and didn’t want to admit her mistake. So I guess I was the liar in her and randy eyes. Unhappy long time customer.
