The car continues to emit a burning smell. Witnessed by Saturdays and Tuesday technican.
A motor constantly running near the fire wall was witnessed Saturday by the technican and Service dispatch as well as myself. No repairs were noted with the return of the car today.

I'm so disgusted by my last two service visits. Each time I picked up the car, I found lights not working. This time it was a brake light. The part was ordered, but nobody ever called to tell me it arrived. I had to call and stay on the phone for twenty minutes to find this out. The Quick Lane wasn't answering the phone, so it took another week to get the part installed.
