Waited a little longer than usual for my oil change. Over 3 hours. But I do understand Sutton Ford was short of help the quick lane. In addition, the did not clean up under the hood when they changed the oil. There was still a lot of leaves under the hood. The normally would clean all leaves out. That was a little disappointing.

Erik had no knowledge and neither did I that the cover plate to the driver's seat control broke apart only two hours after I picked my vehicle up for one of three things I bought in for service. It seems since I'm the only client with this problem & it will be the 3rd time I'll have to bring my Explorer in for this problem, I guess I have a "lemon" when it deals with this cover plate!!!

To begin I brought my car to Sutton Ford because I had brake issues, a rubbing or small fringing noise, when I received my car back there was no change. The exact same problem I bought my car in for was still there. Here is the most unsatisfactory response I got, the rubbing sound is from my rear rotor where the smooth part of my rotor meets the groove in the rotor and rust on the rotor. Now from my experience if the the rotors have grooves and are making sounds you replace the rotors and pads because from my experience the problem will only get worse. I asked the technician if it was his car wouldn’t he want the problem that he brought his car in for to be fixed when he picked up his car? His answer of course was yes, then when I went back in to inquire about the brake job I was quoted a price of $479 per axle, now that may be your prices but I’m capable of doing the job with quality Ford parts for much less, also I came in with my engine light on and a front end issue, which I had to make another appointment for next week, again that might be the way Sutton Ford does business, me personally think that’s a terrible way to do business. Last but certainly not least since I purchased this vehicle I have had nothing but problems, if you check my records. Sutton Ford my personal opinion is not a good dealership and I will be purchasing another car and trust and believe I wouldn’t think of going to Sutton. The Qi was how was my experience TERRIBLE, you just might be getting another complaint if the gentleman I overheard arguing at the cashier desk while I was there reports his incident.
