I was disappointed with this car butler experience compared to my last experience. My last experience was excellent while the service today was only fair. Specifically, the windows had smudges: the sunroof, front windshield and especially the rear windshield was poorly cleaned. Also, the interior cleaning was just average. I must say however that exterior of the car was cleaned very well with the exception of the rims.
