Jessica was extremely kind & helpful!! I'm not satisfied that when I purchased my truck I upgraded to the premium warranty package & this was my 1st time going in for service & bcuz I obtained a nail in my tire that was closer to the actual sidewall they wanted to charge me for a brand new tire that should be covered with my upgraded warranty??????
