Jillian Stanford was super nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and I trusted the information she was giving me. my vehicle was in an out in record time and everyone was extremely nice. I am very happy with my decision to buy a Ford vehicle. I love my Ford credit bonus points because that is what paid for my visit.

I was not satisfied! The WORKS which on the website said $49.99, I was told it was actually $59.99. However, when Stephanie checked and confirmed what I said was true, she called someone and told them about the error. I was told I would get the $49.99 price. The WORKS includes tire rotation however, I was advise that the lug nuts were swollen and I would have to get new ones. After I was told I needed 19 of them and the price was $9.00 each I was shocked!! I was advised to go to an auto parts store and buy them, I had no clue where to go and the mechanic suggested to go to Auto Zone which I did. I returned with what the mechanic said I should buy. While waiting for the tires to be rotated the mechanic comes out to confer with Jillian (Stephanie had left). They both go back into the servicing area. I'm sitting there watching them. She is looking at the tires; then 2 mechanics come over; they start pounding on the lug nuts. Eventually Jillian and Kyle, another mechanic, come out and tell me I purchased the wrong lugs. They show me what I should have bought because using the ones I bought would be unsafe! I said I purchased what I was told by the mechanic working on my vehicle. They tell me they have to put the old lugs back on which is difficult to do hence the pounding I saw them doing. That the mechanic originally working on my vehicle should have asked a more skilled mechanic what to do and he didn't. I went online and ordered the correct lugs. Now I'm very upset about what has happened because now I have come back here when I receive the lugs and have them installed. On the way home I notice the mechanic did not put the sticker on the windshield like they usually do to tell me when my next oil change is due. Now I'm concerned whether he did any of the work correctly or at all??

I was excited about the shuttle service after I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. The price for my oil change was cheaper than what the Hyundai dealership was going to charge me. The customer service was excellent.
