I brought car in for an oil change approximately between 8:30-8:45 am. Jessica mentioned to me that there will be a 3 1/2 wait. I decided to have Sutton Ford driver take me home. I waited at home. I decided to call 5 hours later. Someone answered the phone and apparently it was not ready. Jessica called after I had called. I guess she received the message and told me that there were other cars being serviced that was not oil change related. She told me the car will not be ready until 3:00. She called back around 3:00-3:30. This should not taken this long for an oil change.
