Bryan, is one of my favorites at Sutton ford. He always does what he can to go above my expectations of his service. He is always so kind and knowledgeable. Bryan alsways makes my visits pleasant and even though I have to spend money he always makes sure the problem is taken care of. Bryan rocks!!!!!!!

A one hour oil change turned into eight hours. The service men using the air gun stripped some of the lugs on the wheels. There were no lugs to fit in stock. They had to order some from their supplier. I had to go back home for several hours and wait till the job was completed. At completion I noticed that the car was not washed which was part of the service package. I took the car back in and they did wash it. It was totally inconvenient for me, spent my whole off day dealing with an oil change.
