Good morning; Am so Disappointing I miss 2 different appointments because they keep my car until the next day I asked for a ride no body show.
I had to find my own ride.
The auto butler don’t apply the paint protection, it’s not clean the whole car have spots this is not the first time happened.
I got this warranty because I was worried about the paint and the lather.

I was told my vehicle would be ready in a hour it was not it was several hours later and no one answers the phone there. The worst was what I brought it in to get done was not even done. I asked got a oil change and a transmission change the oil change was done and she told me she thought I just wanted I said to check it tell me why would I say check it when I know they do that when they change the oil makes no sense to me. This place is going down since you all moved Jillian you should have just paid her more and left her there at least she knows the customers and she knew her job. I’m going to look somewhere else for service that Ihave to pay my hard earned money for .
