It took almost 2 hours longer than expected. Had I known, I could have gone home instead of waiting there. Also, I've been getting my oil changed here for 2 years now and have yet to get points. And I still won't until my next service. That is ridiculous when I gave you all my email and phone number when I first came to Sutton Ford. I'm a bit disappointed by that. Despite all of this, Bryan was amazing.
