Brought my vehicle in 3 weeks earlier complaining about battery drainage. Told the service provider that AAA say the battery need replacement. They assured me the battery was okay and the vehicle needed an oil change it’s 30,000 mile check up new rotors and back brakes. Note the vehicle is a 2013 Ford Escape with 31,000 miles. After we paid for this $816, I went on vacation for a week. Came back and once again had to get triple A to jump the car. Brought it back to Sutton for service and told them once again what triple A said about needing a new battery and it cost me $218 for the battery plus install. I feel as though this Ford Service Department truly ripped me off. I will not be returning our vehicle here for service again. Unfortunately, this should not be toward Jessica but unfortunately it is the way it is.

Eric was great, helped me get my vehicle back to normal. My complaint is not against him but for the person who parked my vehicle after it was serviced. Small complaint but it was parked in almost the last row and I had to walk in the rain to retrieve it.

I did not received the customer care that I had experience with Other customer service representative. Jasmine was a excellent Service representative for ford . I would give jasmine a 10 on customer Care service and I had a printout for the work that was less than $71.99 And I still got charged the $71.99 ,which meant Margaret did not put it on My service sheet so I could get the discount.????????????
