Was upfront on the time it would take to have my vehicle serviced and offered the shuttle service. I called in for a status update and she assured me I was going to be able to pick up my truck the same day. Had lousy service, and would not have purchased vehicle, nor put ten thousand dollars down without a warranty and I certainly don't like my tires taken and replaced with tires that have evidently been driven on for more than five months. The car was outfitted with brand new tires when I bought it.
