There was no problem with service adviser. The Quick Lane was not quick for two customers in the waiting area. All the parking space outside the door was filled with service vehicle that did not move. Once my vehicle was completed it was parked one roll from the street. It is important to me to trust the mechanic that is working on my car. For some reason I did not trust the diagnose of stabilizers bing broke on both sizes. There has been no steering problems or noise coming from my front end. I have been using the Quick Lane service with my personal and company car for over 15 years.
