It was never discussed with me that my quick lane bill was $200 more than what I was expecting for my Works oil change. Only found out about the spark plug issue when I picked up my car and received my bill. Upon Maggie’s advice, I did make a regular service appointment to have 8 spark plugs changed, because she said they were having issues removing them. I was not made aware that they did replace one, but it broke, resulting in additional labor charges. That was never communicated to me over the phone. A large amount like that should have been brought to my attention at the time they realized there was an issue. It was not.

We took the 2017 Edge in for the Auto Butler service and the Works package. We asked that the GPS software be updated also. They were unable to update the software and nobody could explain what the problem was. The Works service was done with no problem. However, when I went to get the car, I noticed it was dirty and it's always been clean after the Auto Butler service. I went back in to ask what happened and found out that the Auto Butler service wasn't done. That was the main reason that the car went in.I had to reschedule another appointment to get the service done. I'm not happy because now I have to be without the car for another day.
