Went in today for a tire check. Found a nail in the from passenger and rear passenger tire. Tires we’re getting close to bald so I got a new set today, all tires for under competitor price. Very dissatisfied with this service. Had a dead battery 2 weeks after service on my vehicle. The service technician obviously DID NOT check the battery as part of the multi-point inspection since we found corrosion on the terminal. In addition the last 2 batteries from Honda have only lasted a little more than 2 years before needing replaced again. Was told after the remaining warranty was applied, I would still have to pay nearly $100 for a new one. Very discouraged with the process. I will never purchase another Honda battery. The service manager was very smug and did not apologize for the inconvenience.
