There is nothing wrong with any of the staff, it’s just that the problem I brought my car in for was not at all fixed and I was told it was. This is the second occasion I brought my vehicle into this location for a problem and both times the problem was not fixed at all

The technician had trouble getting the van to exhibit the stalling we needed to get fixed. As a result he drove the car enough to nearly run it out of gas. We got about a half mile from the dealership and the car stalled. We finally got it running and put gas in. I would have been glad to reimburse the dealership for some gas, but did not appreciate them not taking the time to notice that the low fuel light was on and doing the right thing. I expected better. I trust the repairs will be satisfactory.

We are in the middle of a Pandemic and not one person that is employed by freedom honda was following any of the rules. There was not one employee wearing a mask, and none of them were 6 feet apart, or even being respectful to any of the customers about the rules. I was handed a pen to sign paperwork that was just handled by 3 other people. I didn't feel like anyone there was trying to help our situation in any way.

I was just surprised that very few mechanics or service department personnel were actually wearing face masks. If the CDC recommends all wear it, and transportation is an essential business, the workers should be required to wear it as well. Thanks.

I asked to please not perform the courtesy wash. I had just had a solution put on the vehicle and wasn’t supposed to be washed for 48 hrs. They pull the car up to leave and it’s dripping water. It’s the small things that separate businesses when it comes to customer service. Just pay attention, listen, and communicate internally.

I wasn't there when the service was completed, but my daughter told me she was told Honda thought her battery was being drained by an after-market alarm system that would cost $218 to remove. My thought was, why couldn't it just be disconnected from the battery and be done with it? Why does it have to be removed?
