I got a call from the service Department that they could not find my vehicle in the lot after delivery from Triple AAA. I had to frantically call Honda Customer Service to get information from the tow truck driver who delivered the vehicle to Freedom. I was told that he put the vehicle in Slot 4 and gave the keys to a service representative. I was getting ready to call CSPD to report a stolen vehicle when a service representative called to say that the vehicle was found in slot 22. The same tow truck driver delivered my vehicle three days prior and I have no reason to doubt what he said because he was a great guy and very professional. Not sure what happened that day but it caused my wife and I a lot of anxiety thinking our vehicle was stolen. Wolf our service advisor was off that day and had nothing to do with this. He provided us excellent customer service on both occasions and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a service advisor
