My service advisor was great , but the fact that I had major issues with my brakes right after I had my car looked at yesterday, when I haven’t had any issues with it besides a little squealing when I hit the brakes. To then take it back and have to get a whole new set of brakes when there was clear indication that one of the brake pads started rubbing mysteriously right after I got my car back yesterday really pisses me off. That’s is bull crap and I don’t know if I will be bringing my car back anytime soon.

Not happy that the transactions required me to touch a communal pen and paper...this could have been done electronically by emailing the paper. Also had to use my finger on the credit card screen...why couldn't this be done touchless? I appreciated the masks but that was insufficient.
