Your team did not reattach the skid plate after changing my oil a few weeks ago, I drove out of state with it dragging on every bump and bridge I went over for 18 hours to my destination of Kenosha, WI where I had it fix at the Honda dealer there. For this most recent visit I had a nail in my tire which could not be fixed and had to replace the tire. And I discussed the skid plate with the service rep.

One of my locking lug nuts was left off during my last service so I was told to come back in to have it replaced. The young man I dealt with was very courteous and apologetic and provided exceptional service. He replaced all four of the locking lug nuts and the key in my glove box.

When I returned for the installation of the mirror I had a young gentleman who did not have a name tag so I do not know his name, he was young with a goatee. Very professional and personable.
