Not completely satisfied. I made an appointment for drop off. No one told me that you decided to put gates up. How are we supposed to drop off? Very annoying that no one said anything. Had to leave the car at dealership across the street. I’m sure they don’t appreciate it. But they didn’t have gates. Only one that did was Freedom.

Marty Stinett is always a pleasure to work with. In the case of this issue it is a factory defect with the cables into the radio and I am told when the connector harness comes in I will be noticed to get it officially repaired but Honda answered all my questions and did something to try and repair until the permanent fix is available. Great Service

Was there for about 4 hours to get a stain out the seat and to fix the undercarriage. Was told multiple things were going to happen and then once my car came off the lift they told me I would have to bring it back another day. They then canceled that and put it back on a lift and all of a sudden the seat was magically clean even though they said they would need to remove the seat. Then it took about 45 minutes to actually fix my car, wonder what was going on the previous 2+ hours because all of sudden everything was fixed so quickly. Probably won’t go back there because of the confusion and just piss poor information I kept getting told.
