Hoping this fix keeps longer! I had similar car symptoms but the problem was different. Both led to warped rotors. Crossing fingers these rotors are good for a long time :)

First experience not sure what to think, had a drivers window issue, when I got to Honda went to get out of my car and the USB cord was stuck in the USB port in the car I couldn't unplug it. Service said they would look at both issues, service told me I needed a new USB plug it was bent and not covered 200.00, they also needed to order the motor part for the window. Took the car home told hubby about the USB he looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with the plug my cord was the problem so I called service back to get the refund on the USB part they had ordered and instead of a credit they charge me twice, the next day your finance department was on top of it she called me before I looked at my charge acct, she fixed it. I waited two weeks for a call on the window part no one called, I finally called and parts said we carry that part in stock and it had my name on it, hmmm. I made the appointment to get it fixed and the next day someone calls from parts to tell me it's in, ok. My appointment was today 7/29/20, when I picked the car up they said it didn't need a new part it was just some bolts that were loose. I have to say everyone was very nice and the service stall I drove my car in was so clean and the big window were you could see the work being done was amazing to see and how clean it was. I could see they were busy.

First was the issue of the tech forgetting to put the oil cap back on after the vehicle had been serviced. Troy was quick to fail the issue; however, no sort of conversation was about the issue itself. The primary focus was on “fixing” the vehicle rather than fixing the error and correct the issue itself. I had to return the vehicle because oil had covered my O2 sensor. Again, we were quick to fix the mechanical issue rather than discussing the issue. I was gravely disappointed in everyone’s ability to effectively communicate. Wolf was the only individual to display any sort of compassion and appeared to be disappointed in what had transpired. It’s disappointing that it took two different occasions to correct the mechanical issue; however, no time was spent attempting to correct my personal opinion of the business itself. It’s unbelievably that a reputable dealership doesn’t understand the ability of working with the customer.

My sunroof exploded (from the inside!) with the shade closed and the sunroof and all the windows closed. It was not my family and must be a defect in the glass or with the design of the car. Took the dealership 4 days to tell me the repair was t covered under my certified preowned warranty and that Honda refused to cover the cost of repair even though it is a known issue with other Honda models. The communication from the service dept and manager was terrible. I have to call and leave messages and half the time they never called me back. The service manager was supposed to call me back and lmk if I could get some sort of discount but he never called me back so I went in to pick my car up and take it somewhere else that was $300 cheaper than the Honda quote. They had no record of my car and couldn’t find it. Took forever to get it but finally did. As I was leaving I got a text from Marty saying my car had been repaired and was ready for pick up. Uh no it wasn’t. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Not to mention a rip off because it’s a defect of the glass and not my family so I should have to pay $500 to fix it. I’ll probably file a small claims case because I see on google that several people have won in these type of cases.

I made a 9:15 am appointment for a battery service/battery replacement. I waited nearly 5 hours with no communication from staff as to when my service would be complete. I had to ask a front desk employee to check the status of my car as it took far too long to complete such a simple service. The employees were professional and kind, however, the time it took to complete replacing my car battery was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, the complete lack of communication between the front desk staff with myself. I do not plan to return to this dealership for the foreseeable future.

Was waiting for an hour before any action taken on my vehicle, prompted only by my asking to leave. When I asked to get my car back, it was obvious that nothing had been done so the advisor reached out to the service tech, who came back with a diagnosis of bad part. Was shoved off to the side while the advisor looked for the right part to order, and was unable to find the part number while I waited. Basically waited an hour plus for no action to be taken on my vehicle.
