In the morning I got an oil chg. The service writer said the mechanic suggested I do the two air filters and flush the brake fluid system. He said to call back to set it up. The paying the bill went fine. Just after lunch I called the services writer to set up appt for the brake fluid flush on Monday. I left a message. I called back about 90 minutes later and got the msg machine again. I hung up and called the dealership. I said I was trying to reach E writer. A person who answered the phone said she would take my info and give the service writer a msg. So far I have heard nothing back. When folks are on commission only it is cut throat and the customer sometimes looses.

It took 2 hours to simply patch a tire even when I made an appointment. I am pretty disappointed with the service I received today. I did not feel like I mattered at all and was pushed to the back of the line. Service has gone down hill since last I was in there

At the front desk.. Alex was very pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. A couple things..a car wash was stated to have been done and was not. The interior,the drivers door step was left extremely dirty as if dirty shoes stepped there many times and this has happened with every other visit to Freedom Honda. If I may suggest..the last person in the vehicle should wipe door handles inside and out, the steering wheel and controls as well as the door step with a wet wipe.
