Not only did Stephanie answer my questions complexly she totally showed me on my vehicle where the what I had asked her. She totally understands the Honda difference. I was satisfied completely with the length of time it took for my cars service to be done, however I specifically asked if my car could be washed and they said yes. My car was NOT washed. That is my only complaint and I wouldn’t normally mention something as minute as this but they didn’t was my car last time I brought it in either.
