I came in for a $40 oil change and left with a $500 bill. As usual. Plus, I declined a bunch of other maintenance options that would’ve been well over a $1000 bill. I get frustrated feeling like I’m being politely hustled, on both of my Honda's when I bring them in. I’m sure in your eyes you have justification for everything you recommend and do. However, I hope you know it’s also expensive their, compared to non-dealer prices. Just my two cents worth, I’m sure it won’t change a thing. You have your way of doing business and I’m certain you are very very profitable. And of course that’s what counts above all else.
